Specialising as a Project Planning and Controls Specialist and Forensic Planner/Delay Analyst, John has expertise in construction and engineering projects, assisting clients in construction planning, tender planning, project controls reporting, and earned value performance management (AS4817) for Contractors, Government Agencies, and Consultancies.
Well-regarded in the project controls community, John has worked on landmark projects, including the Roy Hill Iron Ore Project, ICHTHYS LNG Project, Sydney Metro, Parramatta Light Rail, and Water NSW’s expansive dam and weir projects. His breadth of knowledge in project controls and construction claims, supports successful project delivery for clients.
