Ephraim holds Masters degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, and Business Leadership. He is also a certified, practicing project management professional (PMP®) and project business analysis professional (PMI-PBA®) with over 25 years of working, consulting and learning facilitation experience. Most of these work episodes have been strongly focused on business problem / opportunity definition, business requirements elicitation & analysis, solutions definition, project planning, cost estimating / budgeting, risk analysis, requirements traceability, progress monitoring / change control and reporting, as well as benefits realisation. Ephraim has also applied the concepts of agile project management where applicable. He has successfully participated in oil and gas developments ranging from brownfield modifications to major greenfield projects including floating LNG, Onshore LNG, gas pipeline and gathering systems, subsea production systems, offshore platforms, FPSOs, etc. Projects located in the Middle-East, Asia-Pacific (North West Shelf, Bonaparte basin, and Bass Strait), UK (North Sea), North America (Gulf of Mexico), and Africa (Niger Delta). Ephraim has also been a learning facilitator, researcher and mentor in universities and research institutions in Africa and Australia. Notable companies worked / consulted for include ZADCO, Occidental (Oxy), Engie (formally GDF Suez), BHP Billiton, Shell, Wood Group, WorleyParsons, and Amec Foster Wheeler.

Jody is a very experienced project / operations manager highly skilled in Greenfield and Brownfield projects. He has over 15 years Oil and Gas experience specializing in Subsea production systems including manufacture, testing and installation of subsea hardware, QA/QC and manufacturing oversight, FAT, EFAT, SIT, offshore installation, topside and subsea hook-up, field commissioning, field intervention, work overs, technical support and decommissioning. Jody offers a wealth of experience having successfully managed intervention and installation projects in various regions including Asia Pacific, India, Africa and UK for major operators such as Total, BHP, Reliance and Woodside.
